I’m not a doctor, just someone living the reality of multiple complex chronic conditions, doing my best to find balance, hope, and good questions along the way.
Some of the most meaningful connections I’ve made have come from simply sharing stories, so this space will grow over time as I document pieces of my medical journey.
Right now, I’m focusing on:
Stabilizing my cervical spine (CCI)
Managing autonomic symptoms with medications, movement, and lifestyle changes
Navigating flares and reactivity from MCAS
Recovering and building back after multiple health setbacks
I’ve also been exploring how AI and data tools can help me better understand my body. I collect deep, ongoing data through multiple wearable devices, symptom journaling, and structured logs. I use AI to look for patterns I might miss, for example correlations between posture and fatigue, fluid shifts and brain fog, medications and symptoms, and to help me design small experiments I can run on myself. It’s part detective work, part self-advocacy, and part creative process.
I’ve been lucky to learn from a lot of strong minds, doctors, physical therapists, other patients, and I hope to pay it forward here eventually with resource lists and things that have helped me.
If you’re walking a similar path, I’d love to connect.
